I am a pro bikini athlete, that takes part in fitness modelling competitions, along with this I am also an online coach, sports therapist, and mental health specialist. I always like to try new things and seeking out the next challenge in my life! I train both strength with my bodybuilding but I am also quite mobile and flexible. When I was at university I was on the cheerleading team and ended up coaching the team for a few years. When I am not doing something that is physical I am also addressing the mental side of society and try to spread kindness wherever I go, stemming from my own personal experiences, I know how dark it gets.
I have been told that I am unique and refreshing with how I am and I strive to just bring light to others; you never know what someone else is going through and it takes nothing to be kind
