I am petite, warm and kind with a big smile! My hair is naturally wavy and streaked with silver/grey – I have had lots of compliments since ditching the dye! I am resilient and determined. I have a full time job as a mechanical engineer and I parent my son full time, he has Down’s Syndrome and is awesome! 🤩
I danced competitively as a teenager, and still dance now for exercise purposes. I have been known to reluctantly sing in the past, and have taken acting classes for a year, which I really enjoyed and would be interested in doing more of. I like to keep in shape by running, dancing, Pilates and yoga, plus a weekly weights based PT session. I enjoy good food and drink, I like to support small brands and local businesses. I try to be as eco conscious as possible. I don’t subscribe to any style – just clothes I like the look of – so you will see me dressed in anything from jeans, gig t-shirt and sneakers, to a feminine flowy dress.
I am a HUGE music fan and a lot of my time and money is spent going to gigs and festivals. My playlists are one of my prized possessions!
I like to think of myself as honest, open, empathetic and nonjudgmental. I support everyone’s right to be themselves, including the LGBTQ+, Black Lives Matter and disability awareness, opportunities and visibility in mainstream media.
