I am a wife to an amazing man, mother to 2 wonderful and beautiful women (both inside and out) and grandmother to 3 totally beautiful little human beings. I love walking my two fur babies, exercising, playing racket ball and badminton, and reading. I work as an Executive Assistant and also teach exercise classes to the elderly. I have a passion for communicating and just love to talk and connect with people. I am now entering my 6th decade and would love to be a positive influence on women who are going through or coming out of the menopause.
