I was born in North London and lived there until I was 18 then moved to NW London. I currently live in Stratford and have done now for 3 years. I am a very proud Londoner and embrace all the great advantages of having a very culturally diverse city at my feet. My mother is Thai and father is British born with heritage in eastern Europe. I trained for 4 years to be a chef after school and haven’t ever done anything else. I have spent the last 9 years working in various Michelin starred restaurants within the Mayfair area.

I consider myself a creative in many aspects of my life. I love to draw, paint, cook and stay in shape via cycling and running. Cooking would be my main passion but I also love fashion, food styling, travelling and art. I consider myself very open minded.
