I’m 64 years young!
Born and bred in Southern California before coming to Europe at 23 to play professional volleyball for 13 years while living in 4 different countries – Sweden, Italy, France and Switzerland.

Have been Jazzercise dance fitness Instructor for 30+ years and have my own Jazzercise business 16+ years
Met my British husband at a Swiss ski resort, moved to England, got married and had four kids in my forties. Presently living in Buckinghamshire.
Love my family, friends, healthy eating and living, Jazzercise, skiing, sailing, the beach, travelling, paddleboarding and walking my two mini dachshunds.
